Most "free" field service software is a 7–14 day trial. Only two tools we track publish a plan that stays at $0, and both have limits worth knowing.
Prices are published list prices copied from each vendor's pricing page on 2026-10-15. They leave out card processing, SMS and onboarding fees. Quote-only tools publish no dollar amounts, so we don't guess. These are not reviews or ratings. Confirm with the vendor.

ServiceM8's Free plan is 1 user and 30 jobs a month. Connecteam's Small Business plan is free for up to 10 users (it's a crew app: scheduling, time clock, checklists, not quoting and invoicing). Synchroteam gives one free administrator, but every field user is paid.
